is there an easier way to sync an iphone with more then one computer?

i found a way to do it and ive been trying all day to do it it seams simple all you got to do is match the library id numbers from the Original computer well im changing them and saving them but when i go to iTunes i still cant do it it just wont work sooooo i wandering if there was an easier way to do it or another way to do it thanx
