I got my oil changed today and the guy said there's an indicator light on the battery. He said it's supposed to be green, but it's clear which means it needs to be charged. I haven't heard of this before and I don't have my manual with me at the moment. Do I need to charge it or worry about getting a new battery? Thanks!

That's the battery charge indicator. if your alternator is charging and the indicator does not turn green, its time for a battery. Most parts store will check for free. Good Luck

It's not a light, it's an "eye". Go to the "pros" at autozone and have a charging system test done. The "professionals" there do this for free, just tip the guy or girl 5 bucks.
