If so, what are all the set-up fees for Dish Network? I went to their website, it says nothing about any set up / installation fees, so I'm asking those of you who have experienced this process and let me know what you payed for installation and set up, if anything. I've never had a satellite dish, so I have no idea what the costs involved are. Thanks for your time!
