Circular reasoning is when a statement is repeated over and over again in different and stonger ways to support a conclusion. Why do you believe in Jesus? Because the bible says so. Why do you believe in the bible? Because the bible is the word of God. Why do you believe that the bible is the word of God? Because it has been written in the bible that it is the divine inspiration of God. If you dont understand this fallacy you are either really really stupid or you are just refusing to think about it since it may hurt your faith. Without your circular reasoning there would be no religion and without religion millions upon millions of lives would have been spared. That right. Your idea of a loving God ordered his followers to slaughter scores of women, children, and infants in the old testament though you dont have a problem with that. Why? Well, the bible says God is perfect. In reality God may be perfect but your idea of a loving God should be a complet insult to the real God. God= love does not=Love me or burn in hell throughout eternity with no chance of redemption whatsoever.
