...same internet connection? I have a VONAGE VoIP phone and then I bought an ACN video phone that's also a VoIP device and I'm having problems connecting my video phone from ACN. I've tried calling tech support for both companies but all I've gotten is a run-around from both. Could it be that the 2 VoIP devices are interfering with each other when connected to the internet? Can you connect 2 VoIP devices on the same internet connection? PLEASE HELP! Lol. I am BEYOND frustrated.
P.S. I have a high speed cable connection from Comcast and I've upgraded everything i can to make my internet connection as streamlined and as fast as possible, in case anyone was wondering lol.
