Is there any torrent sites that users can post comments on a specific torrent?

I am talking about the system similar to that of Torrentspy.com where users can post comments on a particular torrent. Since Torrentspy shut down, I have been looking elsewhere to find torrent sites with the comment system similar to that of Torrentspy's. Users could have post their opinions on a torrent for others to read to see if the torrent is infected or not. I am looking for a torrent site where I can download safely.
p.s. this is not used for illegal purposes
