Is there any universal charger for all the mobile phones?

No, there are just too many differences in connector types and voltages.

However, in Europe new phones are required to all use the same type of charger, and more new phones in the USA are starting to also adopt this type of charger (USB). So within a few years, if you have a new phone, most chargers will be interchangeable.

Some companies make attempts to make universal chargers, but none have actually made a truly universal one. You can often find these attempts at best buy or an electronic store (Compusa if you live by one).

No company, to my knowledge, has succeeded because phones are constantly coming out with unique chargers.
