S SomeoneWhoKnows something about TELUS Feb 22, 2009 #2 TELUS policy is quite clear and Bell is as well, you can't activate a phone/device from another carrier. Maybe you could sell your phone to a SaskTel user and use the money to buy a phone from the carrier you want to sign-up with.
