Is there any way I can get apps and more games on my blackberry curve 8310?

I have an at&t blackberry curve 8310. but i got it unlocked and now I have corr wireless service. I have found a good bit of apps and games you can download to the computer and then transfer on your phone but i dont seem to figure out how you can get them on the phone. Can anyone please help me. Blackberrys aint no good with out apps.
