Is there any way to copy taped programs from one DirecTV HD-DVR HR21-700 to another?

Our original DirecTV HD-DVR HR21-700 started having problems recently, and we received a new one. I have to send the old one back, but before I do, I was hoping there might be a simple to way to copy the taped programs from the old to the new? I can plug both into the network at the same time. I appreciate any tips.
