Is there anywhere in Singapore that sells Charcoal Bread?

I have a cousin who is handicapped and her herbalist has set a special diet for her disability and must buy many food, and charcoal bread is one of them, but it's very hard to find in Singapore. I've tried Google but with no luck, the closest result is Kuala Lumpur. :-/ I'd like to check has anyone seen any bakery shop in Singapore that sells Charcoal Bread like these:

Charcoal Bread in Singapore

Go south bridge road. Opp near Song hua Bah Kut Teh.
