Is there much difference between the emulated zelda and the ones on the consoles?

Im trying to figure out if there's a difference between the zelda games on the actual console format and the emulated versions on the pc.

can someone point me to brilliant Nintendo emulators so i can play the zelda games again.
 
The only difference is that you're playing on a PC, the games are exactly the same.

The best N64 Emulator is called Project 64 and can be obtained at http://project64.c64.org/index.htm.

For the Gameboy games you should get Visual Boy Advance.

For SNES and NES games you should get zSnes.
