I know there isn't much to the the actual animal fat content of from say, beef roast or turkey drippings (compared to fish,) but what about all the other juices that go into the gravy? There must be nutrition in the blood and actual meat juices as well. Does anyone know if this contains iron or anything else that can justify my love of gravy?

Small amount of protein, and small amount of fat, and higher amount of carbs. That's where almost all of the calories come from is the carbs.
