Is there something up in my diet? Nutrition help?

Here's what I ate today:
Sultana bran + oats + soy milk
Two vita wheats and a corn thin with hummus
Soy and linseed toast with an egg white, ham, four prunes and half a cucumber
10 pistachios and 10 peanuts
+ about four cups of tea!
Why am I so gassy this afternoon? I don't feel bloated, but gassy like crazy. Is it something I ate do you think? Anything I could do to get rid of it?
 
In my opinion, the healthiest diet is the vegan raw foods diet. Im recommend you try it, you will feel incredible. I personally feel so much better than I did when I was one the SAD standard American diet. Best of luck
 
Overall your diet sounds pretty good.
Sometimes dried fruits such as apricots and prunes can give you gas though, so I really wouldn't worry about it.
 
Try to use wholemeal breads, pasta and brown rice. There's little difference calorie-wise, but wholemeal versions are higher in fibre so will keep you feeling fuller for longer.
