This is going to be a little hard to explain...
For a while now the "tubes" that go from my testicle up into my body are like enlarged. Its only in one of them. It feels like a bundle of wires that lead into my body, there soft tho and it doesnt hurt. Im wondering if this is normal? also on the same testicle there is like something attached. Think of it like my testicle is a football and at one end of the football there is a softball attached. what do you think is going on down there?
