is there still time for me to catch up in fitness?

im 90 pounds and really weak. Othre people around me are strong. they can do like 6 chin ups and i can do none.they can hold a push up for 20 seconds and i can hold it for 5. Is there still time for me to catch up if i really try? Can i become faster and stronger? btw...i haven't fully grown yet(if that effects anything)
