Is there such a thing as drugs that stunt or stop growth in children prematurely?

Like say a kid starts taking a certain medication when their like 8 or something, is there a drug that could prevent their body from ever maturing beyond 8? Or what about drugs like ADHD Drugs that are rumored to stunt growth in children? I am curious because I want to write a story about an adult who has been stuck in a child's body since they were well a child, and I want the cause to be a drug. If there is a real drug that can do this I want to use it for my story instead of making one up. Thank You.
