Is this a good deal for a 2007 Lexus IS 250?

The Mileage is 93, 681, with navigation, the car doesnt look as if its in bad shape, looks pretty good to me actually. its at a dealer and the price is at 15, 991. is that a good price? other 2006 lexus's that i have found actually cost more than this one. :O is it a good deal?

reputable dealer?

price seems kinda high, proceed with caution

they did not include a carfax report, so it could have an accident history
they did not include a picture of the drivers seat, which gets the most wear
it appears like a typical used car dealership, try to do research regarding their reputation
if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is, a Lexus would be expensive to repair

usually cars require expensive maintenance at 100k miles
