Well, that price is just the current bid. It's not going to sell for that currenty bidding price of $40.67.

The 40GB PS3 with the Spiderman 3 DVD sells for $399 in stores, so you should expect to pay a little over $400 dollars for it.

That would never sell for that much in my opinion. If you try betting 100$, the person selling the system will bid on it again, topping your price until you pay at least 400$ or more. Try it out and see what happens, I may be wrong.
