Is this a healthy eating habit? Want to lose weight.?

So this is what my eating habits have become while trying to lose weight:
(When I say waters I mean a 591ml bottle.)

Morning:
Bagel and Drink (Usually Apple Juice or Water.)

Lunch Time:
Bagel and Two Drinks: (Two Waters)

Supper:
Whatever is made. Usually Meat or Chicken in a small portion, and a baked potato.

After Supper:
I don't eat anything after supper except fruits, vegetables, and fiber bars.
(Today I had around 3 apples, a banana, and a fiber bar.)

I try to exercise too: Running for an hour or so. Or walking for two hours or so a day, varying it up.

I lost 40 pounds last year while not being on a strict diet, so I'm trying to get a new steady eating plan on to lose some more weight. I'm thinking at least 20+

Any suggestions? Thanks!
I really no NOTHING about dieting.
 
Seems like you are high in carbs and low in protein. You need more protein for good health...and make those bagels whole wheat.

Try a wrap or sandwich for lunch using whole grain bread or a small wheat tortilla, some lean meat, lettuce/veggies, and lowfat condiment(s).

The fruit is good, veggies are good. Watch out that fats you eat are good ones, the meat is lean, and careful abou sauces and things that can be loaded with fat and/or sugar (and calories).

Add some exercise to round out your program and you'll lose that weight in no time. ?
 
I highly recommend that you get on a strict, clean diet and exercise (cardio) on a regular basis. Plus, set goals and keep a journal to track your daily progress there. This should help you stay motivated and results will come quickly.
