Is this a staph infection?

I know it is vague, but i am worried since it has been going around my team, it started as like a clear pimple, i popped it and cleaned it like 5 days ago but it is still there and on my elbow. Its pink soft skin in the middle and colorless shriveled dead looking skin on the outer of that. I know it is hard to tell but is it staph, can it be mrca, and what should i do other than continue to clean it
