Is this a valuable bell?

I have a very old bell from my grandmothers bell collection. Its a hand bell, and on the inside of the bell is carved "Bells of Sarna 1297" which i wanna guess that is indicating the year 1297. Does anybody know anything about this, and what it might be worth?
