I feel sooooo cute and sexy in this outfit but the other day I was getting ready to go out and my older brother said to me I look immature and will never be taken seriously wearing this outfit, what do u think?

Get rid of the puffy jacket and the heels...they don't tag along quite well...instead, try wearing a converse or something...no sneakers btw...
as per the rest, they're awesome...reminds me of avril lavigne from her music video of 'what the hell'! lol ^^
 
Honestly, its not my style, but I seriously doubt that you'd be laughed at. Looks ok to me.
