Is this cage big enough for my rabbits?

I'm thinking of making a second level for them too.
48 inches long, 30 inches wide, 24 inches high. Is this big enough for a netherland dwarf and a lionhead rabbit?
They're both male but they're neutered and don't fight. I just want to know if the cage is big enough.

it should be we have 6 brabbits we have 2 in each cage we let them out for a run and they are fine we have 2 males together and they are fine females tend to be more nasty then the males
