I thought sexual harrassment was something sexual as in touching the wrong areas when the person does not give you permission too. But my boss kissed my on the cheek, and one of my friends saw yet he didn't know she saw and she said that was sexual harrassment. I thought maybe they he was just being friendly. But my friend said NO he can't be being friendly and she wanted to talk to him. This is the first time he's done this so I don't know.
