alright so there is this girl i met in one of my classes in college and to make long story short i partnered with her for this in class activity and ended up getting her facebook. I started convo with her on facebook chat but she told me 'sryyyy i don't fb msg :(" and after i asked her for her # on there there was no reply (but it said seen @ (certain time)). after that i noticed she would look my way and make eye contact and usually she is one of the firstt ones to leave the classroom but that day she was taking her time and was actually the last one to leave (along with me). is she just not interested or did i not get the hint? lol
 
Sounds like she's not interested. If she was she would have kept talking to you on FB or even replied when you asked for her number. It also sounds like you came off as kind of desperate. Try to not give her any attention until she talks to you first. But still it sounds like she's not interested so she may just not even talk to you at all.
 
She is not interested. If she were shy, she wouldn't have even replied to begin with. Shy or not, if she liked you, she would have talked to you on Facebook or given you her number. Since you and her are partners in class, she doesn't want to make it awkward, so she just lied to you/ignored you to prevent any complications and may try to make it even less awkward by being nice to you in person. If you insist on trying some more, she will continue to lie. Or maybe she will just tell you straight up she doesn't like you like that. I would just take a hint and leave her alone.
