Is this guy not interested in me?

I had a long text message conversation that was "deep" on friday night with this guy 19 year old guy who has admitted that he likes me. I texted him a question that friday night and he didn't reply until 4am Saturday morning. I never replied back to him this weekend and he never said anything again either.

Is he not interested in me or is he waiting for me to text?

i would say he still is interested in you but you need to text him to that he knows not to give up
