Ok, so I ordered a sprint phone off the website, on Feb 21st. But the order didn't go through they needed more information.. So they called me, but it wasn't from he same number on the website..

the number on the website was 1-866-860-6307
the number i got the call from was from 1-866-860-6241

And they asked me a series of questions for security purposes they asked me when my birthday was, my ss#, they named my dad's name and asked me if i knew who he was, they named 3 different heights and asked me to confirm which one I was.. they asked me what my address was..

my sister said it should be fine, since i ordered it from the sprint website.. but since they numbers don't matched i'm freaked out.....

what should i do? is this normal? the person that answered the phone had an accent, but it wasn't to horrible..

by the way i'm 26

I would call Sprint IMMEDIATELY and verify that they did indeed call you and verified that information. Just tell the Rep that you want to make sure that the call was legit. You are probably OK since the number had the same prefix (860). The last four numbers will almost never be exactly the same since Sprint is a very large company and I am sure that they have more than one line!
