In today’s time and age were embark on a great crusade in everything we do. We do this by doing what we are told when were told. The type of task nor the difficulty matters but what matters essentially is how you carry out the objective. This depends on how you work towards it with what experiences and attributes you already have. You simply cannot be given a task to complete without the necessary background behind its true purpose. Whether it is building a house or going on your first date, you need to know what you are getting into and how to accomplish it before you even make such a commitment. You determine what you’re doing from what you know, and you determine what you know from who you know. It sounds a little confusing at first understanding but it is something called Followership. You must develop this in order to become an influential leader on others. The difference between Followership and Leadership is that Leadership cannot be really be taught, it can only be learned.
