Is this MMA place reasonably priced?

I want to start training for MMA. http://www.chameleonmma.com/
it will cost 160$ a month for the complete package.( allowing me to attend all classes/use equipment)
I can get a 15 day free trial. Any signs of this being a mcDojo? or is 160$ to be expected at a good place?
 
well as for the obvious i dont see a lead instructor on the link so you know thats whack, unless i couldn't find it. if you are serious and really want to get into this sport then find a place with a professional MMA coach/instructor.You will learn a lot more than amateurs. If its to get in shape, youre better off at the gym
