I'm 13 and i do hardcore gymnastics, (3 hours on Friday, Saturday, Sunday && Monday) basically 12 hours a week. My coach has started me doing little weights (only 3kg) on my arms and wrists. I'm also a vegetarian and my friend says i'm not getting enough nutrients and vitamins in my system for that kinda stuff??????
