hello. i have a compaq presario sr1720nx desktop. would this:

be compatible??

basically how do i know what pci x.x i have??

the first one is pci 2.3 and the other it doesn't say. how can i figure out what pci slot i have? is it something i have to install or is it the hardware itself??
