I saw this on another forum a few days ago, but it was the real picture. She has a nub for a left leg. If you look in the shadow, you can see how the shadow where her left leg should be is rounded. Also, if look at her arm pits, you can see that there is no weight being distributed from the crutches into her pits (by looking at the fat and seeing its not pressed any. She has all of her weight on her right leg.
