Is this really molestation?

My half brother is almost four years older than me and when i was about four he used make me touch him and do things. Rather not get into anything detail. He ended up moving out of teh house to live with his dad and now about 5 years later he has just moved back in and i have so much anger towards him i told my mom what happened and she said its not his fault and kids just do that stuff.

ANd during a fight my mom told me it was my fault and he didnt putt a gun to my head. I am so sad and feel alone. What is it ?

nah too young to be molestation, me and my sister/cousins used to flash eachother and compare penis sizes infront of my sister/female cousins when we were little - we all have grown up to be perfectly normal with very healthy relationships with eachother, but you probably should have told someone at the time instead of keeping it in, it kind of limits your credibility waiting so long to say anything.

Yea, if he was 13...there would have been a problem.

I just think he didn't really know what he was doing, and you probably didn't know either.
