This is what I just heard confidentially:
1. There is a split in Democratic party over Health Care
2. Dem Leaders are determined to fix rift
3. Dems will stage 'town-hall meetings' with constituents about Health-care reforms over congressional break
4. Dems are cautioned to take no 'straw votes' or let a consensus opinion be formed at meetings
5. Democrat leaders will negotiate new health care bill behind the scenes during summer break
6. A new incentive plan will be part of deal to appease opponents to accept compromise
7. When Congress reconvenes claim modifications are a result of constituent opinions and need for bilateral consensus (ignoring Republican objections)
8. They want a unanimous Democratic vote in Congress to demonstrate and maintain their power.
IS THIS TRUE OR JUST A MADE-UP RUMOR?
(Maybe if it is true you might not heard about it yet...?)

Everyone has a problem with government health care I have the biggest government run health care plan my husband is in the army.I had two insurance company's call to aks what kind of health care I had i told them tricare they told my I have the best insurance out there. My son has autism he sees the best doctors and I pay nothing I feel sorry for people that have kids with autism and the insurance company's will not cover their needs families are in debt over it

That is generally the tactics of politicians to get an idea of what their constituents want with spin from someone who obviously has something to gain by people distrusting the act of our representatives doing their jobs.
