Weight- Somewhere around 120 lbs.
I've started doing this routine:
3 sets/15 reps push-ups
3 sets/15 reps leg lifts
3 sets/15 reps squat jumps
30 minutes on elliptical
Is this ideal for my body type?
Is there anything I should add or remove?
