im writing a a story about a group of kids, ages 16 to 7, who have super powers and are on the run from the government. Now a key part of the story is when the second main character is caught and is brain washed into killing the president of the USA for them. (Dont worry its a made up president and not obama)
Now is this to dark for a teens book? Because I know alot of kids and teen books get sensored alot and the ones that dont have alot of controversy?
I want to keep it in the book because it is important to the plot and character development, not just his either but all the kids.I just want to know if u think it would be to controversal?
Thanks
