because they had one for fathers day this year!!!!!!

Nobody knows until the promo date. Even employee's of T-Mobile (at the stores and kiosk's) don't know about any promotions until the day before the promotion starts.
 
I am sure they would all of the companies would. And they want to be like everyone else but better.
