Is vacation TIME cumulative? If I was allowed 2 wks last year but didn't take time...

...off, can I add that time to? this year's vacation time? Also, what province or state does your answer apply to ?
 
it depends on the company. Most will not let you carry over vacation time from one year to the next no matter what state your in. In many government jobs you can carry over sick days and a set number of vacation days from one year to the next
