is vinegar good for you?

i wouldnt drink it personally vinegar is an acid so it probly would cause heart burn it is absolutly aswesome sprayed on french fries not the crinkle cut ones the seaseasoned cadiliac of french frys u know the ones come on lol well u bake them in the oven or deep fry them or whatever salt them then spray the vinegar on them from a spray bottle its so good!!-Aaron
 
I actually started taking a mixture of apple cider vinegar and honey each day. I did some research and it has some benefits(I can say my skin is much clearer).Supposedly good for weight loss, too-can't say I speak from experience there though. It is the apple cider vinegar you want, though-not the regular, except if you want a salad :)
 
Some say it thins the blood. Also, some use it as a diet aid, a little in water and drink. Either way, can't hurt you.
