Bfast: 1 mini bagel
1 T natural pb
! packet oatmeal
1/4 c grapes

Lunch: Panino-unhealthy school lunch version :(

Snack: dried fruit/1/4 crunchwrap from taco bell

i go running for about 15 minutes-1.5 miles-ish and i bike ride for 30 and mostly up hill and on a track, then i run---this is 3x a week
then i do a denise austin cardio video and thats also about 3x a wk

Dinner: pasta dish that has veggies, italian sausage and ribbon pasta about 1 cup

Desert: 6oz. Mt Dew

Unfortunately i felt so guilty after having all the carbs at breakfast that i ended up purging it up the oatmeal but i didnt get the burning feeling and it was just the oatmeal. im really trying to stop doing that but i still did ok.

I know that i didnt get enough veggies or fruit and im lacking calcium and this is all probably why i am slightly anemic.

How can i incorporate more veggies? usually i would have the pasta stuff as a snack afterschool and go running after but i gave in for dinner. i also usually have tons of fruit during the day.

I need help with lunch. usually i have a sandwich with veggies and snap peas but im sick of that. what else can i have. fruit is usually in all meals too.

i also usually have hard boiled eggs for snack. What about those egg whites you get in the fridgerated section at the store? i dont like yolks so i was thinking of getting those but dont know what to make with them. i have wraps-maybe veggies and that?
i drink 2.5 liters of water a day and more when i run

Can you help me?
im 16 140lbs and 5'7" i dont want my bmi

BTW this is what about what i've had for a week and its so gross b/c im bloated and im going back to eating healthy, but will i gain from this or will it affect my running-have not ran in 4 days

cut out the soda altogether and if your school has salads try that for light with a light/little dressing

also, cut out fast food, even that little bit

a good snack is a rice cake with just a thin layer of peanut butter

or a 6 oz cup of yogurt (the 80 cal light and fits are good and no added sugar)
