Is what I ate today healthy?

I know it's not ideal but I'm just trying to do better, what do you think?

'Breakfast'
1 green apple
6 small slices of cheddar cheese
1 cup 'green plant' juice

'Snack'
Two small handfuls of salted almonds

'Dinner'
3 cheese/onion potato pancakes with peanut sauce (Llapingachos)
2 fried eggs

'Dessert'
2 small chocolate chip cookies
1 cup of plain yogurt w/ honey

I've drank about 4 cups of water today

you should definitely have lunch or have small meals throughout the day, because your metabolism will slow down.
unless thats what you usually eat, then it's fine.

Breakfast was good, but you may have overdone the cheese.

Try almonds unsalted - they are great for you.

Dinner needs improvement. You should include more veggies.

Instead of cookies, you should try eating fruit in your yogurt - frozen blueberries, perhaps - and you could also sprinkle granola in it.

You sound like you're doing well with water consumption.

Overall, good job - and keep it up. You'll feel and look better the healthier you eat.
