Thousands of videos are deleted everyday because of copyright notices by various industries claiming that people are making a profit off of their music, and supposedly claiming the music to be their own work. Recently, there is a new copyright notice going around from an unheard of new group Youtube has created called the "Music Publishing Rights Collecting Society". Many videos with people OWN work (including their own lyrics and music) are being copyrighted by this group.
So, how can Youtube allow people to have people's videos deleted for "copyright infringement" when they themselves are doing the same thing to other people's work?
I love Youtube, but this is ridiculous.
