...fallacies of their religion subsided? One of the biggest instances, to me, is with the Christians and the dinosaurs. Some of them claim that the dinosaurs were actually around during the flood—the flood that caused a senior citizen named Noah to gather both sexes of *every* animal and put them on an ark—to keep alive the myth that the earth is a few thousand years old.
After all, if the dinosaurs were around when the carbon-dating from fossils says they were—250 million to 65 million years ago—then they'd greatly exceed the time-frame that the Jewish Book of Fairy Tales says we came into existence.
But no, they can't have this. It goes against Divine word, divine word that was written by perverted and superstitious old fools over two-thousand years ago and not by God.
So you know what they do?
They dismiss this scientific evidence as a test of faith put forth by God itself. Wow. People are really that anthropocentric.
