As the Biggest Online Games Company in Vietnam, we VinaGame JSC are now supporting millions of customers daily. We are using Y!M as the best way to directly support our customers (game rooms/internet café owners and gamers). However, this issue with Y!M (all versions - 7,8,9,10) has recently occured: if one nick is not added to one's list, it fails to chat (cannot see what the "stranger" typed). This sometimes happens, but more often recently.
Please make a serious consideration on this to help us ASAP.
