I need a dish that sets me apart from other italian restaurants. I have all the basic pizza, pasta, sandwhiches. I need something exciting not just spaghetti, chicken alfredo ect.

Ideas?

My last idea made a million for the owner of a restaurant and I got nothing. This time I want the money up front. How much is it worth to you. It starts with crabmeat. I've told you too much already.

Include generous check. I'll fill in the name.

Chicken Limone It is the hottest seller in my restaurant. Just added it about a year ago. I can't give you my recipe but check out recipe websites to get an idea. Find one you like and then tweak it to your liking.

Bruschetta: you can do a traditional/vegetarian (tomatoes and basil) or something different like roast beef and blue cheese

Cioppino: an Amazing seafood stew perfect for the winter

You could make a meat filled tortellini with a special sauce. Bake it and top it with cheese (to match the sauce). Mmmmm
