itouch 3g mc model help wit 4.0.2 firmware =(?

Ok so i had hack my itouch 3g MC model months ago. and yesterday i went to put music into it from itunes on my mac. and when i plugged it in the software updated just started by itself..i couldn't stop it =( and now i got firmware 4.0.2 on my itouch 3g MC model. and i want to know how i can downgrade back to my 3.1.3 firmware. i googled it put everything is for the 2g itouch. so i waz wonder if some1 knowz how to downgrade 4.0.2 firmware back to 3.1.3 firmware. **********KEEP IN MIND THAT IT IS AN ITOUCH 3G MC MODEL**********
