I have a 3rd generation 32gb. iPod touch that got jailbroken. It was jailbroken with 3.1.3 redsnow, that's all I know.
One day it froze when downloading something in cydia so I rebooted it like I've done in the past, but this time it got stuck on the apple logo the loading circle on it.
I have tried to restore it but iTunes says something like "device is ineligible for build request" (meaning it knows it was jailbroken)
I have tried-restore it from recovery mode and I've put it in dfu mode I think.
What I haven't done is trying to re-jailbreak it (because I don't know how) or downgrade Itunes (because I don't know which version to downgrade to) please give me a way to fix it, don't give me an answer like call 1 800 my apple, or something very unclear. Please help thanks
