So I got this game a couple of weeks ago and my friend said you can fly a police helicopter...i could never find it so I kept proceeding with the game. I thought that maybe you had to complete the level that allows you to use the thought that maybe you had to complete the level that allows you to use the police helicopter before it spawns on the map...so I finished the level but the helicopter still doesnt spawn...i know the places where its suppose to spawn (i think I do). Then I thought maybe y I need to complete the game first and then it will spawn but it STILL DOESNT! WTF!!! The only helicopters that spawn are the regular ones. Please help me
