I have a pc running windows XP, I plug in my ipod touch to the usb port (I have tried 2 of them) and it registers on the computer, I get the little pop up that says "new hardware- ipod" or "removable harddrive" or whatever, so I know it's making the connection, but itunes doesn't recognize it so I can't sync my music or anything. Help please!! I always pick best answer!
